Thomas Abeel

This release of our tools library mainly extends the functionality of existing classes and fixes some bugs.

The Abeel Jave Toolkit 1.13 is available for download , with new documentation.

- Record does no longer convert the sequence to lowercase on construction
- fixed bug in the ExtensionFileFilter that made it behave strange on files with multiple extensions.
- fixed TitledComponent, components inside were not stretched to the size of the panel
- FastaIterator has a constructor that takes an inputstream as parameter
- removed console output from RadicalCleavageIntensity
- added pyrimidine and pyrine content as DNA property
